Creative people have creative, interesting homes. They often add very colourful bold statements into their homes in the form of soft furnishings and original art. This piece is creative to shine, not to be shy, add colour, shape and form in your home.
This painting is very special to me. My step son is 16 and is transgender. It's not been easy for him but I am very amazed by his courage and intelligence. Exceptional in his academics, he is also a very good artist, even though his art teacher didn't think so ( I knew he'd pass his GCSE Art though!). I have been away on a trip to Venice recently and needed to paint something on my return. I wasn't in my studio so my step son let me have this canvas he had began a few years ago. On the canvas was a rainbow, he hadn't finished it but the colours were my inspiration starting point. I have left a few parts of the rainbow that he painted on the canvas that peep through with pride.
It's a story of 2 artists, one final creation. Therefore this painting is called 'All the colours of the rainbow'
