It is my aim that you are happy with your painting and I do my utmost to ensure this.
You may ask for a full refund if:
1) The painting is lost, or damaged in transportation.
2) You still have the original packaging
3) The artwork has been repackaged safely for collection by courier
4) You return the painting within 3 days of receiving it if you are not 100% happy, however the above MUST apply.
All my paintings are signed on the front, also the title of the painting, date it was painted, contact details and signature are written on the back of the painting
I package all of my paintings extremely carefully using bubble wrap and re cycled cardboard (when I am able to.)
I use strong packaging tape and tape with the word 'fragile'
I send many paintings overseas and it is relatively simple to do, however please bare in mind that for large paintings sent overseas I take the painting off the stretcher bars and roll in bubble wrap and place in a tube for safe transportation. The painting will require re stretching/framing by a framer (a relatively simple job)
If you do have any shipping taxes in your country, these are your responsibility.
